Your nutrition
There are women who choose to go with a vegetarian diet throughout their pregnancy, as many women are nauseatedby the smell or taste of meat. There is no real problem with doing this, however,it then becomes important for you to play close attention to the combination offoods that you choose to eat.

If you choose to eliminate meat from your diet completely you will have to findadditional sources for calories to keep your energy levels up. The best sourcesfor this kind of calories is: fresh fruits and vegetables. Be sure to avoid emptycalories that have no nutritional value. It is important that you get all the rightvitamins and minerals you need during pregnancy, so the best way to ensure thisis to contact a professional nutritionist.
