Now we all know just how important it is to eat a healthy nutritious diet - and now that you are pregnant it is even more important to do so.

There is no such thing as "eating for two" if your definition is having two hamburgers instead of one! If eating smart and making sure you are getting all your requirements, then eating for two means eating for your health and your baby's.
