Me and my husband would like to have a child together. We feel that we are ready and responsible to bring another baby in this world. However, we have been having difficulties for two years in trying to conceive. I am 22 years old and we try at least twice a week. We are healthy as well.
I'm thinking that I can't get pregnant because I'm very thin, only 95 lbs and someone told me that thin girls have a hard time getting pregnant. Is this a myth or not? What should I do to help this situation. It saddens me because I feel less of a woman if I'm not able to have the child I want.
your not any less of a women these thinbgs happen though. you can go see a doc about it and explore other options. if your weight is a issue you can try putting on more weight.
are u naturally that tiny or do you diet? if you conceived before where you the same weight? the only thing i can think of is talking to your dr. and possibly getting your weight up. i know a girl who is that tiny and she has no prob. conceiving. but everyone is different.
If you are naturally thin you wont have a problem. My mum was(still is) tiny and she had 3 kids. You could always try track your ovulation dates or even buy ovulation predicter tests.
I was very slim when i conceived my first daughter, although it took around a year!! I now have 5 kids so it dont think your weight should be an issue. I agree with the ladies and maybe call your dr for help!!
weight can be a factor but doesn't have to be.. do you have trouble with your periods? are they sporradic? i know that under weight can be just as hard as over weight for conception.. GL~
The problem may not even lay with u, being slim i dont believe will be a factor. R u ovulating for sure, u can always do tests to see when u ovulate etc. but if u both went to the drs and spoken to him/her then they might be able to refer ur both for tests, u als need to see if theyres anything in ur life style thats causing stress or may affect ur chances like heavy smoking or drinking etc. gl hope u get things sorted tho.
Important Cloth Diaper Basics
hanks to the recent "green" way of thinking, people are starting to look more seriously into alternatives to disposable diapers. Cloth diapers have come a long way over the past decade and are nothing like the cloth diapers of the past.
Returning To Work Post Pregnancy
Some women are lucky to have lots of time off after having a baby, while others need to go back to work as soon as possible. No matter how long a maternity leave you may have had to spend with your baby, going back to work can be a hard transition...one that you are not looking forward to making.
Great Breastfeeding Tips
Although breastfeeding is a wonderful experience for you and your baby, it is not one that comes without hardships. Breastfeeding at first, can be very difficult and hard to commit to. It doesn't have to be this way though.
