Two weeks ago I noticed my left boob was really sore. I figured I slept on it wrong b/c I typically sleep on my left side. Well a couple days later I noticed I had one of those under the skin pimple/zit looking things and it was really tender in that specific area. Well now its gone but my boob is still really bugging me. The nipple and everything underneath the nipple aches. I thought maybe it was a clogged milk duct (hell I dunno) and so I massaged toward the nipple. And not to be gross but I thought if maybe I squeezed and got some of the milk out it would help. Yellow stuff came out but it didn't relieve the aching feeling at all.

Does anyone have a clue about whats going on???

Sounds like you eiher have an infection or a big ass pimple under the skin. Steve gets really big pimples under his skin and the crap that comes out of them is gross.

There aren't any lumps that I know of and the stuff that came out was from the nipple itself not the pimple. If it still hurts next week I am gonna call my dr.

Probably your thyroid. Prolactin levels that are more common during pregnancy can also be raised in women with thyroid issues, most commone side effect is puss coming out of the nipple. As you have a history of cancer though DO speak to your DR OR ELSE! Puss in one nipple is also a sign of a tumor wether in the breast or brain may not be cancerous but definately worth investigating.

Because children grow up while you're not looking,
There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet down cobwebs, dust go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep."

Thanks Tiff, I'm gonna have to bring that up to my Mom. She has been lactating lately and the doctors havent been able to tell her why. She does have a Thyroid issue, so maybe thats whats up!

Also I agree to talk to a doctor! BIG HUGS!

Important Cloth Diaper Basics
hanks to the recent "green" way of thinking, people are starting to look more seriously into alternatives to disposable diapers. Cloth diapers have come a long way over the past decade and are nothing like the cloth diapers of the past.

Returning To Work Post Pregnancy
Some women are lucky to have lots of time off after having a baby, while others need to go back to work as soon as possible. No matter how long a maternity leave you may have had to spend with your baby, going back to work can be a hard transition...one that you are not looking forward to making.

Great Breastfeeding Tips
Although breastfeeding is a wonderful experience for you and your baby, it is not one that comes without hardships. Breastfeeding at first, can be very difficult and hard to commit to. It doesn't have to be this way though.
